WHY DO YOU RIDE?
I deserve to be the healthiest version of myself and to live a long and healthy life with my family. I lost my Dad suddenly almost 12yrs ago and have since dedicated my life to helping others make health a priority.
WHAT DO YOU FOCUS ON IN YOUR CLASS?
I want to encourage my spinsters to step outside of their comfort zones. It's amazing what the body is capable of, you just have to convince your mind.
I always teach my class to start everyday by doing something for themselves. Whether it's taking one of my calorie torching classes, stretching or sitting quietly and meditating. Start the day for you because the rest of your day is usually spent caring/doing for others.
I have a BS in Marketing and Retail from SIUC and have been a medical sales rep for Johnson and Johnson for 13yrs. I've been a certified group fitness instructor for 20 years and have taught too many class formats to count. I was a high school, college and professional cheerleader for the St Louis Cardinals for 6 seasons so I have a long history of cheering. Come to my classes and let me cheer you on!

Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate.
