HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR CLASS? 

Effective & Enjoyable!! Being Fit & Healthy can/should be Fun!  Incorporating energizing music & moves, I will guide you through a fun & challenging workout, no matter what your fitness level, showing you how to make any modifications necessary to make this YOUR RIDE!

My 45 min class will have you torching calories, increasing your energy levels, and feeling ready to take on anything life throws at you!

WHY DO YOU RIDE? 

I am passionate about helping others keep the mind as fit as the body!  You can't really have one, without the other--it's all about balance!   Spinning is just one of the many forms of fun fitness I enjoy--a great cross-training activity that compliments and provides variety to your fitness lifestyle.  Being fit & healthy should be fun and spin is by far the most exhilarating for any new or experienced rider.

WHAT DO YOU FOCUS ON IN YOUR CLASS?

Spin with plenty of progressive intervals & jumps, to wrap up your week, and start your weekend off in a fun, powerful way! 

MY BACKGROUND

I love variety that promotes balance.  I have a diverse fitness background.  I was a former gymnast, studied ballet for many years, was an avid runner, and trained for sprint triathlons/biathlons.  I've served the fitness industry for over 20 years.  Am a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Swim instructor (babies-adult), Nutrition/Wellness coach, and YOGA Instructor.  I can do it all!
