First, you’ll want to register by creating an account on our online scheduling suite.
Next, you must have paid classes in your account in order to reserve your ride.
Lastly, to book a class, simply choose a class from our schedule.
Well, it can happen! Our best recommendation is to book a class in advance. If the class you want is full, add yourself to the waitlist. As bikes are canceled, the list moves up automatically and emails the next person. If you’re emailed and can’t make it, please cancel online or call the studio. Please know that we like to be as prepared for our riders as possible. If you sign up for the waitlist, it is no different than signing up for a class – if you make it in and don’t cancel in advance, we expect to see you!
We know life can throw us a curve ball. Our cancellation policy is 2 hours prior to daytime and evening classes, and 10pm the night before early morning weekday and weekend classes. If you cancel after the 2 hour window, a late cancellation will be applied to your account and you will be charged for a single class or lose that class from your package. If you have a confirmed a ride for one class, but are accepted into a waitlisted class, make sure to cancel your original ride. You get the point. It's not rocket science. Please do your best to notify us or cancel yourself from the class to avoid losing the payment or ride you've paid for. Not doing so can result in a late cancel and you will be charged appropriately for the class you reserved.
We all know the dynamic of any class changes when you are with a tribe that vibes together. Our Spin classes do have a MINIMUM requirement of 3 riders in class. If the minimum rider requirement is NOT met, classes will be cancelled 2 hours prior to daytime and evening classes, and 10pm the night before early morning weekday and weekend classes. In the case a class is cancelled, you will be notified by email and the class will be credited back to your account to reschedule your next ride. Believe us, we love having our Flow Tribe for EVERY class... So, grab a friend and rally your own tribe for class and everyone wins.
