BEFORE YOU FLOW
Hydrate. Hydrate. Staying hydrated is so important regardless of any activity you perform. We highly encourage you to drink plenty of water and fuel up with a light snack, at least 30 minutes prior to your ride. Don’t forget your water bottle. We welcome them in the studio so you can stay hydrated, even during your ride. If you forget your water, don't worry! We offer bottles of water for $1 at the front desk.
Don’t be shy! This is your time to show off your own personalities with your own gear! Be bold. Be you. We recommend wearing athletic attire or form fitting pants or shorts. Our bikes do NOT require specific spin or cycling shoes. You are welcome to wear your athletic shoes as they will strap right into our bikes. If you like having the option to bring your own, we recommend a SPD-compatible shoe. The SPD system provides a recessed cleat or rubberized sole that is easier and safer to walk with this type of cycling shoe.
We have cubbies for storing your belongings along with changing rooms to change for you to suit up! We do offer complimentary sweat towels, but you are welcome to bring your own.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
We want you to be as comfortable as possible. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early and check in with the front desk crew. You’ll sign a waiver and get prepped on our style of class. If you are not signed in 3 minutes prior to class, your bike will be given away.
Your Vibe attracts your tribe
We LOVE good vibes and thrive on them! Believe it or not, our instructors are inspired by what you bring to class as well. This is your time and we want it to count. It’s a place to leave your troubles at the door. We ask that you treat others how you’d like to be treated. To preserve the experience within the studio, we do not allow cell phones in the studio. You may leave your personal belongings in your cubbie for storage purposes. If you are a doctor on call or have a sick family member, you are welcome to leave your phone with the front desk.
IN THE STUDIO
As a new rider, it's important to let one of our skilled team members properly fit you to your bike. Correct alignment is essential to our style of cycling, the effectiveness of your workout, and your personal safety. After you are fit, our staff will explain how to manage your resistance, demonstrate how to strap in or clip in to your bike, and run through the basics of our technique.
Our classes are designed to push you to your limits, but it's important to listen to your body and remember that you are in control of your own bike. Our instructors will encourage all of our rider, every step of the way. We also provide the perfect environment for each rider to take every class at a pace that works for them.
